Good show: fun, loud, entertaining. The guys looked good, sounded great, and Joe Elliott worked the crowd very well. Actually, the entire band did.

It had been a while since I'd listened to any Def Leppard beyond Pour Some Sugar on Me and I'd forgotten how many of their other songs I like. We own Hysteria (and maybe Pyromania on vinyl?) but their newest CD, Rock of Ages (a greatest hits collection), looks very appealing. Might have to put that on my wish list.

The Tea Party opened and really rocked the place. Both Ice and I enjoyed their set even more than the headliner's.

*That's how they spell it in the faq.

**We arrived just as the Tea Party was starting and shortly after taking our seats, a girl approached Ice and asked if we would consider switching tickets with a couple of her friends so that they could sit together. We agreed and ended up one section closer to the stage.
