I installed a bunch of fonts today and everything seemed to be more or less ok. Opera gave me some problems (which didn't thrill me) but The Gimp was perfectly happy. Then I discovered that OpenOffice.org. won't start. Apparently it has an issue with one or more of the fonts.

So I'll have to try a new approach. Tomorrow though. I'm too tired tonight.
