Directed by: Pitof
Starring: Halle Berry, Benjamin Bratt, Sharon Stone, Lambert Wilson, Frances Conroy, Alex Borstein, Michael Massee, Byron Mann, Kim Smith
Synopsis: A graphic designer for a cosmetics company is killed after overhearing disturbing information about the new product line and then brought back to life with some unusual new abilities.
The CGI was good but too obvious, the leather outfit was interesting, the basketball scene was stupid, and why the hell couldn't they decide how to pronounce "Beau-line"? Of all the comic-to-movie movies I've seen lately, this was by far the worst. Skip it.
Everything happens at midnight and every night has a full moon? The director of continuity was noticeably absent during the editing of this one. Some of the effects were excellent and some were just plain ridiculous, but the acting was pure comic book. Take that however you wish. The sequels and crossovers are all set up for whomever and whenever they are needed, but it'll take some coersion to get me to see them.Added 10 October 2005 at 3:26 PM
