Synopsis: A recently-paroled pedophile tries to cope with life on the outside.
Bacon was great (really great), Sedgwick was great, Mos Def (in a very small role) was great. And the story was even better. Simple yet complicated, dark yet ordinary, unsettling but not shocking. At least, not as shocking as you would expect it to be. There was nothing even remotely cheery about the movie but, if you can handle the subject matter, I highly recommend watching it. It will make you think and I guarantee it will leave a lasting impression.Added 24 June 2005 at 12:36 AM
An extremely quiet movie where Bacon's facial expressions speak loudest. And he was excellent. It was a very good movie, but I can't like it. I think for exactly that reason it was a successful film.Added 23 October 2005 at 7:33 PM
