Ripley's movie review
"Sometimes being a bitch is all a woman has to hold on to."
Good story that holds up well as an adaptation and as a stand-alone movie. Bates was very good, Leigh was annoying but good, and Muth was impressive. I liked the transitions from present to past and the aging of the actresses and actors was very well done. Worth watching.
