The part was a stretch for Duff and she almost made it. The rest of the cast was fine, Corbett in particular, the story was ok although a bit predictable and Fame-ish, and the movie was not as light and fluffy as one might expect. In fact, the first thing my kids said when it was over was, "There sure was a lot of crying!"

A two hour Duff music video with all the elements you come to to expect from Duff Stuff: niceness, empowering to youth, many songs, a bunch of tears, and capped off with a bunch more nice.
