It's very cute, rather humourous, and even has a little drama. The excellent fairytale look reminded me a lot of a cross between Shrek and The Princess Bride (and not just because of Dread Pirate Brad). Hathaway was absolutely perfect for the role and, to my pleasant surprise, she sang. Beautifully. Check it out.
Added 03 September 2004 at 11:00 PMIt looked great and the acting was fine but I questioned some of the music choices. And is Hathaway intentionally typecasting herself? My kids really liked it. I thought it was just ok.
