Directed by: Joe Mantegna
Starring: Tony Mamet, Robert Forster, Charles Durning, Peter Falk, Denis Leary, J.J. Johnston, Jack Wallace, George Wendt, Andy Garcia, and the Seaway Queen
Synopsis: A college student spends the summer working on a Great Lakes freighter.
Great cast playing quirky characters which ranged from funny to annoying. Forster's character was by far the most compelling and made the entire movie worthwhile. I liked it. I didn't think I was going to at the beginning but I did. And I loved the argument over Steven Seagal. It was priceless.
The movie is based on a play by David Mamet so it's all talk and the language is very strong. If that offends you, skip it. If not, it's worth watching.
