Dirty Harry retires and changes his name. It's formulaic stuff that's moderately successful. The ending was too smooth and tidy, the Mexican comedy relief character was annoying and not funny, but the totally realistic opening chase scene makes it all bearable. Watch at least the first ten minutes.
