Synopsis: Holli is a Doodle who wants to make it in the Real World. Jack is the cartoonist who is her ticket out. Frank is the Noid detective that's going to do whatever he can to stop her.
The first half bugged me a lot with the imperfect interactions between Noids and Doodles, but I can certainly understand that it must have been difficult from an acting perspective. Holli was sexy and extremely well drawn and her movements were splenid, and the rest of the Toon characters were raw and harsh in contrast. But the movie? Not so good. Didn't do a whole lot for me at all, but if you can make it, the second half is better than the first.Added 06 November 2003 at 9:27 PM
