Ripley's movie review

Maybe it was all the religious talk. Maybe it was that the trailers were deceiving. Maybe I'm just tired of Shyamalan trying so damn hard to make his movies different when they all end up feeling the same.

Ok, it was mostly the religious thing. Believe it or not, it's possible to make a crisis-of-faith movie without shoving religion down the viewer's throat. The aliens aspect was interesting enough by itself, the acting was good enough, and some scenes were tense but I can't recommend it.
