Hey Seagal! Did you wear those clothes by choice or did someone in wardrobe hate you?

It's the usual Seagal story with a trying to be complicated, implausible plot, some cool special effects in some peculiar circumstances, but it moves along fairly well and Wayans is his usual fun self.

I can't really recommend it, but it didn't entirely suck.
