Synopsis: A recently-separated woman and her daughter put the safe room in their new house to good use.
Some scenes were well done but some scenes were laugh out loud funny even though they weren't supposed to be. There was lots of pointless camera work and I'm still not sure why there were three puppeteers listed in the credits (unless, of course, it was to indicate that they were pulling our strings).
The house was very cool though. I was more horrified by the damage that was done to it than by the damage that was done to any of the characters.
It's not a terrible movie but it's not great. I'm really glad I didn't pay to see it.Added 14 April 2003 at 12:37 AM
I was expecting something much scarier so I was a little disappointed there. The setup was good and the titles were excellent, but it wasn't nearly what I had hoped for. It was good but far from great.Added 05 August 2004 at 8:41 PM
