Ok, it's a movie based around "exciting math theory" and a rebellious boy. That pretty much sums up the whole thing right there. You don't need to see it to know exactly what is going to happen. Remarkably, however, it's still good. Better than alright. It is likely directly attributable to the performances of Damon and Williams, but it's worth watching.
