Newt's movie review

I was pleasantly surpised that this was a look at the man and not the war. The depictions of his personal competitions with Montgomery and Rommel, and his need to succeed both personally and professionally almost at all costs bordered on shocking. I was thoroughly impressed by Scott and glued to the movie for the entire three hours.
