It's the best pun-based movie ever made. It's a comedic classic poking fun at disaster movies like Airport, disco, and itself. A truly great movie.

Ripley's movie review
It's impossible to watch this movie and not laugh, at least the first time. The puns are classics and so is the movie. Worth watching.
