Synopsis: A professional soldier unable to reintegrate into civillian life returns to the military. His first mission is to "terminate with extreme prejudice" an American Colonel who is fighting his own personal war.
I can't say I actually liked this movie, and I certainly didn't enjoy it. But I think that was the point. It was dark, spooky, weird, you could almost feel the guys going insane. It was terrifically well put together, but no, I didn't really like it, I wouldn't buy it, and I likely will never watch it again.
There are some classic lines like "terminate with extreme prejudice", "I love the smell of napalm in the morning", "this mission does not exist, nor will it ever exist", and so on. Overall, at 3+ hours, it was too long. Way too long.Added 07 December 2002 at 4:06 PM
