Ok, I think the movie was about people getting what they deserve and the inability for people to really change. But honestly, I'm not sure. And I still haven't a clue where the title comes from. What I do know, is that someone involved in the making of this film has a penis obsession.

It's odd, violent, perverse, strange, and very peculiar. I can't recommend it.
