This is one silly movie. Large parts of it are way over the top but, when they get it right, it's very funny.
I don't even know where to start with the actors and their characters. Some of them were likeable, some weren't. Atkinson's character made me glad it was an ensemble piece (although he has some great lines), Whoopi's hair -- wow, John Cleese sported an impressive set of teeth, Gooding had the fewest really funny bits, Lovitz annoyed me but then he almost always does.
I wouldn't rush out and rent it but if you do... pre-pint.
